My focus
I have worked with a variety of backgrounds throughout my career. The current population that I am providing the most care to is Veterans of all age groups. I have experience in the substance use population, harm reduction, stress, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, and anger management.
My approach
My therapy approach varies depending on the client I am working with. Typically, our first couple of sessions will be rapport-building and understanding the client's needs. The type of approach will be discussed with the client to promote the autonomy of the client in this process.
