My journey to mental healthcare

My therapy journey grew from both personal experience and professional passion. I began as a psychology major and spent years working in residential and community settings with children, adults, and elders. Supporting people through life’s challenges deepened my commitment to this work and continues to inspire the care I provide.

I assist with bringing the causes of blockages to the surface and utilize therapeutic techniques as they fit your needs. By incorporating holistic methods and mindfulness techniques, I consider your mental, spiritual, and emotional health, always working with you as a whole being.

In our first session, we'll spend the majority of our time talking about how you've been feeling recently, and I'll ask questions to better understand why you may be feeling that way. I'll also ask about your history and background to gain a broader understanding of your experiences.
