I'm a trauma-informed, neurodivergent, Mexicana therapist dedicated to offering compassionate support to individuals. My goal is to assist my clients in making meaningful changes that help their lives feel more manageable and, ultimately, more fulfilling.
My focus
I'm passionate about supporting caregivers, especially those caring for children with high support needs. I also have a lot of experience in parent education, helping families navigate behavioral challenges, life changes, anxiety, and depression.

I'm a trained Brainspotting therapist, and I'd love to offer you the chance to explore brain and body-based therapy. My goal is to help you process and work through any challenging experiences or trauma you're facing. I use a mix of different therapeutic techniques to customize our sessions and ensure they're right for you.
