Hi there, I'm Ana!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) from the Los Angeles area and work with clients statewide through Telehealth. I have over a decade of experience treating Latinos and other minorities, children of all ages, families, and adults. I take a humanistic, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach.

My focus

I have been working with children ages 0-18 and adults for the past 13 years. I am bilingual in Spanish and English and have primarily worked with Latinos and other minorities. I am passionate about giving children a voice while working with caregivers to not only reduce their children's behaviors but also understand their behaviors and development

My approach

When working with clients, I always take a trauma-informed approach. Whether working with little ones to adults, or whether the client has experienced trauma firsthand or has a loved one who has experienced their own trauma. Trauma has a way of impacting not just those who experience it but the ones they love.
