Hi there, I'm Angelus!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of CRiY Therapeutic Services. I specialize in helping individuals navigate stress, trauma, grief, and emotional challenges using varying approaches that build resilience and leads to lasting change as you journey to renew your mind.

My focus

My focus is on working with adults and adolescents who are navigating stress, life transitions, trauma, and emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, and anger. Drawing from mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) and trauma-informed care, I support clients in developing awareness, self-control, and healthier responses to life stressors.

My approach

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I believe that every story is unique, and therapy should be tailored to meet individual needs, goals, and life experiences. From our first session, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, supported, and inspired.
