Hi there, I'm Ryan!

Let's talk about your story. I help trans, queer, and POC people explore the stories that compose our lived experiences of anxiety, depression, gender, immigration, and race. Together, we'll work towards unpacking generational trauma to fortify your mental wellness, communication, boundaries, and intentional living.

My focus

My biggest strengths are working with trans youth, Asian American communities, and immigrant communities. I work well with folks who appreciate direct communication and guidance. I provide mental health letters of support for gender-affirmation surgery, emotional support animals, and other accommodations.

My approach

Much of my therapeutic perspective is led by the idea that problems exist within sociocultural contexts, with their own histories and goals for our lives. My goal in our work together is to cultivate intentional relationships with you and the problems that exist in your life. I primarily practice narrative talk therapy and EMDR.
