Hi there, I'm Amore!

I am an LMFT, Client-Centered and Strength-based treatment with a focus on adaptive approaches to life challenges. We can work to identify maladaptive factors and help you overcome them with your strengths and resources.

My focus

I typically work with adults between the ages of 20 and 50 who are grappling with a myriad of issues, including mood disorders, anxiety, relationship conflict, and histories of trauma.

My approach

We will identify the problem as you define it and explore ways to get you to a solution. That may include trauma work, relationship and interpersonal work, medication, examining thought and behavior patterns, and integrating healthy coping skills to strengthen resilience through Client-Centered and Strength-based approaches.
