My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in building a strong therapeutic relationship. I meet each client where they are, without judgment. I integrate CBT, mindfulness, DBT, and person-centered therapy, tailoring sessions to your unique needs, culture, and life story.

My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up as a Latina, I experienced discrimination and saw how systemic barriers impact mental health access in communities of color. Those experiences shaped my identity and fueled my passion for advocacy. Becoming a therapist was a natural path—a way to give back and support overlooked individuals.
