I am open and non-judgmental. I am calm, supportive, and encourage honesty. I provide a safe, comfortable space for you to dive deep in your efforts to heal.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a lifelong empathic person, being there for others comes naturally. As I grew, it became obvious that therapy was the way I could do the most good. As a trauma survivor, I found therapy saved my life. Being a provider of mental health care is a privilege and an honor, and my soul's purpose.

My goals for you

First, together, we’ll identify your goal or goals for therapy. Then we will find a path to achieving them in your time. I will support you in your journey and in working toward and achieving those goals.

Our first session

It begins by getting acquainted and discovering what it is that you are looking for from therapy. It is an open session where we move at your pace. It's normal to have some nervousness in the beginning; just know that I'm here to guide you along the way.
