My communication style

I like being straightforward with consumers, yet with an embracing and warm open approach. Depending on the consumer's needs, as well, goals and cultural upbringing, at times it can vary.

My journey to mental healthcare

Seeing others go through life experiences, events, and traumas at a very young age made me more drawn to how these events affect people and how the same experiences can have a different effect. It is mind-blowing, but it is extremely rewarding to get to know someone and work alongside them.

My goals for you

I try to meet with them at their level, needs, pace, and take it one day at a time, whether it's short-term or for a long time.

Our first session

I want my clients to feel at ease at the first meeting, not feel obligated to feel an immediate connection or have high expectations, but instead just be themselves and be open to meeting and see where it goes from there.
