Hi there, I'm Alexis!

I focus on young adults and life adjustment for older adults. I use cognitive behavior therapy for depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, AD(H)D, adjustment disorder, and trauma treatment. I also provide EMDR for self-esteem building and trauma healing, and offer space for clients to process life's disappointments and difficulties.

My focus

I work with clients with a variety of needs. Some clients simply want to discuss life problems. I also treat clients with issues adjusting, depression, anxiety, trauma, and more.

My approach

I am an eclectic provider. My approach to treatment depends upon client needs and includes person-centered, CBT, REBT, psychodynamic, and EMDR.
