I am first-generation Mexican American and speak Spanish fluently. I enjoy working with individuals of diverse communities affected by generational trauma, navigating life's transitions, and dealing with chronic illness.

My approach is collaborative. I offer a safe space, free of judgment, where you can relax and be vulnerable and honest with yourself to achieve your goals. I have a lot of respect for everyone's journey and lead with empathy.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always loved to help people. I enjoy listening to others' experiences and providing support and a guiding hand through the change process. I have had the opportunity to work with individuals with chronic illnesses as well as those experiencing anxiety and depression.

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity to get to know each other. We will discuss your background and what is bringing you to therapy. This is also a good opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have. Nerves are completely normal, and we will take it one step at a time.
