My journey to mental healthcare

While studying theater and character development, I became curious about why people behave the way they do. This questioning led me to psychology, and my quest to understand human behavior continues. I center my work on what helps each person reduce suffering.

My goals for you

I work collaboratively with you to clarify what you want for yourself. This is central to treatment and guides our work toward your goals.

Our first session

A first session is an opportunity for us to get a feel for one another. I use empathic listening to understand what brought you to treatment and ask questions to clarify the issues and their history. We'll discuss next steps together.
