My communication style is warm and interactive - I listen closely to understand your unique experiences and collaboratively explore strategies for positive change. I offer gentle guidance while respecting your autonomy in the therapeutic process.

My journey to mental healthcare

I worked with clients and their families in both residential and outpatient drug and alcohol treatment programs. I assisted many people and their families with multiple mental health issues, such as grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. In addition, I provided counseling in K-6, high school, and community college settings.

I work collaboratively with you to identify your goals and develop practical strategies to achieve them. We'll build on your existing strengths while exploring new skills and perspectives. Together, we create a personalized path forward that honors your values and supports sustainable growth in the areas that matter most to you.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your current concerns, goals, and background. This is your time to share openly and ask questions. Together, we'll begin to outline a collaborative approach that feels right for you.
