I'm a bilingual therapist who helps adults begin their healing journey by normalizing and taking care of their mental health. I work with individuals navigating stress, life transitions, chronic health issues, work burnout, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I work with adults seeking mental health services for the first time or continuing therapy. I support individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, adjustment challenges, stress, feeling overwhelmed or stuck, or going through a difficult time.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and strength-based, providing a safe place for you to be yourself. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Seeking Safety. I take a comprehensive, holistic approach that helps you better understand how your mind, body, and soul are connected.

I provide a safe and calm environment where you're free to express your feelings and stories without judgment. My optimistic and energetic style helps empower you to utilize your strengths to accomplish your therapeutic goals. I encourage open communication and feedback on what's working.

My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up in a community where mental health services were stigmatized, I was empowered to break the stigma. Working in underserved communities, I witnessed the importance of accessing mental health services. I want to help people grow, succeed, break unhealthy generational cycles, and normalize mental health care.

I provide an overview of the therapeutic process while building trust and support. We identify the reasons that motivated you to seek help in the first place. The first session helps you determine if I'm the right person to support your healing journey.
