If you've been dealing with life transitions and changes—work stress, ending or beginning new relationships, cultural diversity concerns, LGBTQ issues—we work together to develop pathways for resolving those life stresses. I am with you each step of the way.
My approach
I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to help identify your concerns. Being aware of thought processes and using mindfulness tools helps create changes and improve situations. CBT allows you to connect thoughts and emotions as you work towards therapeutic goals, improving mood and resolving conflicts.
