My work is focused on individual and family therapy to help with parenting strategies, healing from divorce or loss, and adoption counseling for couples and individuals needing a therapist who truly understands the complexity of fostering and adoption.

My primary therapeutic approach is psychodynamic and family systems. I utilize solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy tools to guide your progress.

I provide a warm, comfortable, nonjudgmental approach while challenging you to look at your life situation, process your choices, and consider if they work for you or against you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to become a therapist in college after losing my adoptive mother. Therapy helped me to heal and grow as a person. I enjoy guiding others to navigate through life stressors while achieving their goals.
