My communication style

My communication style is compassionate and direct. My approach has helped my clients work through their challenges and not around them. I have been told by clients that my approach has helped them make changes in their lives, has helped them be accountable, and has empowered them to make long-lasting changes in their lives.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was attracted to being a therapist because of my personal experiences. Mental health is as important as physical health due to how both are connected. I am driven to do this work because helping another person through a difficult time is food for your soul.

My goals for you

Goals are based on what the client is looking to address, as well as the symptoms that are correlated with the thoughts and feelings.

Our first session

Clients should expect an idea of my therapeutic approach as well as what they are seeking to gain for themselves through the therapeutic experience.
