Hi there, I'm Patrique!

I am an LCSW specializing in Spirituality, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, boundary issues, and relationship issues. I use a spiritual lens and relational therapeutic style as an approach to create a holistic plan for treatment. My focus is on helping clients through processing, healing, and teaching the most beneficial coping skills.

My focus

I typically work with adults over 18, primarily women of color who struggle with anxiety, negative thinking patterns, past trauma, life changes, depression, and stagnancy in life. I also treat and have worked with adult men who struggle with the same challenges.

My approach

I use Spiritual concepts and a relational therapeutic approach to help you create the life you desire. I use CBT, DBT, and mindfulness strategies such as breath work, as well as meditation, that are aimed to promote the most beneficial healing. I also have a background in Reiki and other energy healing techniques aimed to alleviate stress.
