Hi, I'm Brendan. My main goal is to help you understand yourself better. Self-understanding and self-acceptance are crucial for making choices that lead to the life you want to create for yourself. Unfortunately, too often, lack of awareness and unconscious motivations lead us to self-sabotage our progress, creating anxiety, depression, and other uncomfortable symptoms. As a psychoanalyst, I utilize predominantly psychodynamic methods for getting to the root of such symptoms, which aid in the creation of opportunities for you to alter aspects of your life for positive change.
