As a first-generation Vietnamese-American woman of color, I'm passionate about dismantling myths around therapy and mental health.
My focus
I've worked with people across the lifespan, from toddlers to elders. I have the most experience with children, adolescents, and adults—especially neurodiverse young people impacted by trauma, depression, or anxiety. I'm most comfortable with motivated clients open to trying different strategies in and outside of sessions.
My approach
I adapt to your unique needs, pulling from several approaches. Art and creativity are woven throughout treatment. My foundations include liberation psychology, acknowledging how systems of oppression impact lives, and emphasizing ancestral wisdom. I also use humanistic approaches and parts work, viewing you with empathy and respect.
