Hi there, I'm Talin!

Whether you are an adult working through trauma, a teen navigating emotional or behavioral challenges, or a parent seeking support for your family, you are in the right place. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing trauma-informed therapy for adults, adolescents, and families, including EMDR, to help clients process difficult experiences.

My focus

As a former trauma-informed high school therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, I provide a space where teens can work through anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and relational challenges. In addition to teens, I also specialize in supporting adults who have experienced trauma, depression, grief, relationships issues.

My approach

I draw from evidence-based, client-centered approaches tailored to each individual’s needs and developmental stage. Common modalities I use include: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
