I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, major life changes, sexuality concerns, gender identity exploration, and gender expression. I feel strongly about supporting people through serious transitions and new life experiences.

My approach

I use various methods to help clients see the root of their distress and develop internal problem-solving skills. My approach gives you tools to work through challenges. I especially love helping folks set boundaries and implement them.

My communication style

I have a bold, head-on approach—I'll gently call it how I see it. I'm approachable and will support you in drawing out things you don't feel comfortable discussing right away. I'm extremely open-minded and meet you where you are.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to mental health was unexpected. I've worked with incarcerated individuals and families in foster care before finding my calling in therapy. I'm driven to support people at their worst points and those who just need guidance.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting by setting realistic goals. That looks different for everybody. The goals we will set will be realistic and something that is attainable. We will develop timelines, but I will also provide you with the skills to get there.

Our first session

We'll establish what you're seeking therapy for and discuss whether your concerns are situational or generational. We'll outline the anticipated course of treatment so you're never left wondering what's coming next.
