My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for helping others began early. As a teen, I worked with grade school children to build self-esteem, develop identity, and manage emotions. I have always stepped up to support others, advocating for those facing difficult situations. I believe in the inherent goodness of people and have dedicated my career to helping individuals.

I believe in a collaborative approach to goal setting, recognizing that each person’s journey is unique. Together, we identify meaningful goals, break them into actionable steps, and work through potential barriers using a strengths-based perspective. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
