My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist grew from a deep curiosity about people and how they make sense of their experiences. I’ve always been drawn to listening, understanding, and supporting others through challenging moments. Being a therapist allows me to walk alongside clients as they build insight, resilience, and meaningful change in their lives.
