Hi there, I'm Adriene!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker whose focus is family relationships, personal adjustment issues to life transitions, unresolved adult and childhood issues, particularly various issues of abuse and trauma. I believe there is a need to provide behavior and coping skills for the child and/or adults in either individual or group sessions.

My focus

Clients, both children and adults, who are experiencing mental health discomfort and are responding to life issues. This may be resolved by understanding the cause and history of their discomfort. It is important to emphasize that the emotional response is what needs to be assessed and addressed.

My approach

I guide clients and families in identifying mental health priorities. I specialize in Cognitive Behavior, solution-focused therapy, and PTSD resilience. For children diagnosed with ADHD, I address not only behavioral issues but also family history, as both impact their well-being and need attention in therapy.
