I work with young men ages 16-24 seeking guidance as they form their identity and navigate mental health concerns. I also work with couples in pre-marital or marriage therapy. Common issues include depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral concerns, and identity formation.
My approach
My approach is grounded in attachment theory, CBT, Mindfulness, Existential, and Narrative therapies. I help clients discover their story, personal values, and motivations. For couples, I use the Gottman Method to provide research-based treatment that strengthens relationships.
