My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to mental healthcare included clinical hours and training at: Phillips Graduate school counseling center, Chatsworth, CA (8/2013)\; Connecting Mental Health & Education, INC, Redondo Beach, CA (4/2015)\; The center for individual & family counseling center, North Hollywood, CA (6/2016)\; and Children's Bureau, Valencia, CA (6/2019). These experiences motivated me to provide evidence-based, compassionate care to help individuals cope with life's challenges.

My first session with you
In our first session, I will provide a safe, supportive space for you to share your story, needs and therapy goals. We will begin building a warm, genuine therapeutic relationship as we collaboratively explore your challenges and start developing a personalized treatment plan incorporating evidence-based cognitive behavioral and client-centered approaches.
