My journey to mental healthcare

I decided to become a therapist because I have always wanted to help people. Whether it was a peer counselor in school, volunteering in my local community, or being a trusted and loyal friend, I have always naturally been drawn to helping people through difficult times. I enjoy seeing individuals become the best versions of themselves.
