I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and I have 8 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked at schools, colleges, non-profits, and an insurance company. I have supported families, individuals, parents, teenagers, and children through their therapeutic journeys.

My focus

I have worked with clients of all ages, from 3 to 50 years old. I have extensive experience working with severe mental health issues, as I worked with a non-profit contracted through the county and was also a lead clinician providing supervision for other trainee clinicians.

My approach

My therapeutic approach is Person-Centered therapy and CBT, but I do have experience with different treatment modalities, especially trauma-based therapy. I believe that clients know themselves best and believe in empowering my clients to achieve their goals. I work collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals for therapy.
