My goal is to work as a team with you to identify current difficulties and overcome them in a supportive environment. We'll establish measurable treatment goals that take priority.

Our first session

The first session is a full intake interview where you describe your difficulties and concerns. It's a perfect time to assess whether I'm the right fit. You'll complete assessment questionnaires beforehand, and we'll discuss results to generate treatment goals together.
