My aim as a therapist is to lead with compassion, empathy, and curiosity. Whether we're navigating a difficult experience, major life transition, or a long-standing pattern, I believe meaningful progress comes through thoughtful questions, honest feedback, and practical guidance when needed. Conversations are grounded in authenticity and respect.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been drawn to people, their stories, their resilience, and their unique journeys. Over the years, I've spent hours, days, and weeks with people in various stages of life and found that meaningful growth and healing often begin when people no longer have to carry their burdens alone. "Carry each other's burdens" (Galatians 6:2).

My goals for you

Therapy begins by exploring what matters most to you and identifying goals that align with your values and vision for your life. Together, we'll turn those big-picture hopes into realistic, personalized, and manageable steps. We will create goals that build on your strengths and create practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change.

Our first session

First session is a chance for us to get to know each. I'll ask about your experiences, strengths, goals, and what brings you to therapy, and you'll have the opportunity to ask questions too. The goal is to determine whether we can build the trust, comfort and partnership needed to work towards your goals. If it feels like a good match, we proceed.
