My communication style is warm, open, and empathetic. I create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I'm also honest and direct when needed, helping you explore challenges with compassion while gently encouraging growth and insight at your own pace.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been drawn to understanding people on a deeper level and helping them feel supported through difficult times. Over the years, I saw how meaningful it can be to have someone truly listen and hold space without judgment. That’s what led me to become a therapist. This work feels like a natural extension of who I am, and I feel honored.

My goals for you

I work collaboratively with clients to clarify their goals and break them down into manageable, meaningful steps. We identify what’s most important to you and create a plan that aligns with your values and needs. I use evidence-based strategies, regular check-ins, and a supportive, encouraging approach to help you stay focused and make progress.

Our first session

In our first session, my priority is to make you feel comfortable and heard. We’ll start by getting to know each other and discussing what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions to understand your unique experiences and goals, and together, we’ll begin to build a plan for how we can work toward the changes you're hoping to make.
