My main focus is treating adults with PTSD & CPTSD. I deal with the effects it's had on your life and help you heal and change that. My style is active, interactive, and solution-oriented. I graduate my clients!
My focus
I work with adults who have experienced childhood trauma and or abuse. I help them overcome the effects of that abuse and lead the life they deserve. In other words, 'Own Their Life and be free of their past.' Some of the issues from that abuse include relationship problems, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, etc.
My approach
My approach to therapy is compassionate, goal-oriented, solution-focused, and client-empowering. My focus is on inner child work to get to the root of your problems and move beyond them. The approaches I take and incorporate in my therapy are Psychodynamic, Integrative, Client-Centered, and CBT.
