I work with people facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, childhood abuse, sexual assault, addiction, divorce, and relationship issues. I also welcome those who simply need support in resolving life's challenges and finding clarity.

My style is open, empathic, and curious. I aim to create a comfortable, nurturing environment where you feel heard and understood. Sessions are about you, and I'm here to listen without judgment while we explore what matters most.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist started when I was living in New Jersey, working on a Master of Divinity degree. I had just finished my Bachelor’s Degree in Bible. My goal, at that time, was to become a hospital chaplain so I could offer care and comfort to anyone regardless of their religious beliefs, gender, social status, etc.

Our first session

I provide a warm, non-threatening experience where patients feel comfortable talking about whatever they are struggling with without judgment from me. I have been working with a forensic population and I have heard just about everything there is to hear from childhood abuse and sexual assault to rape, abandonment, drug, and more.
