I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Psychotherapy is a process in which a therapist and client can explore many areas of life, with the purpose of working toward positive change. As a therapist, I want to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental, and non-threatening space, so you can work towards making positive changes in your future.

I work with children, teens, adults, and families experiencing depression, anxiety, anger, behavioral issues, oppositional defiance, family conflict, life transitions, parenting challenges, self-esteem concerns, and women's issues.
My approach
My approach is client-focused and collaborative. I meet you where you are in your journey, so you don't have to feel alone. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused, and attachment-based therapy within a strength-based, interculturally competent, person-centered framework.
