I also have research experience in severe mental illness, trauma, OCD, and hoarding disorder. During our first session, we will review your personal needs, and goals, and how I as your therapist will help you reach those goals. Together, we will also explore which therapy approach better fits your needs. I will give you a global view of what to expect from our weekly therapy sessions, including scheduled checkpoints, where we will reassess your progress. You will also have an opportunity to ask any additional questions you may have.
