My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up with my own mental health concerns, I didn't have the language to describe what I was experiencing until much later. This inspired me to pursue a career in mental health, where I could use my personal understanding to support others on their journeys. Witnessing a person's growth and resilience keeps me connected to this work.

I approach goal setting collaboratively, working closely with you to establish SMART goals—those that are specific, manageable, attainable, realistic, and timely. My focus is always on what is most important to you, ensuring that your goals align with your values and aspirations.

You can expect a focus on understanding your unique experiences without rushing to conclusions or solutions. I take time to genuinely listen and get to know you, while also building rapport and ensuring I'm a good fit for your needs.
