Hi there, I'm Luisa!

I specialize in supporting people re-pattern outdated survival strategies of anxiety, rage, shame, and self-abandonment. I accompany clients in moving from being performative, reactionary, and compliant, towards aliveness and authenticity. My practice integrates somatic techniques in the therapy through an IFS informed lens.

My focus

Areas of focus: neurodiversity, developmental trauma (what happened to you, along what you needed that wasn’t available for you), complex trauma/ PTSD, attachment injuries, grief, addiction (substance, love & sex, food, shopping, dissociation), codependency, people-pleasing, legacy burdens, inheritances of trauma, and core wounds of existence.

My approach

I’m interested in exploring the wisdom of the past that has supported you in getting to this point in your journey. I would be honored accompany you in developing new insights, skills, and becoming more resourced. All parts of you are welcome!
