My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I wanted to help people not only heal, but also transform their lives in meaningful ways. What drives me is witnessing people build stronger relationships, develop resilience, and move forward with confidence—knowing they're no longer stuck where they once were.

I believe therapy works best when it's intentional and goal-driven. Early on, we'll clarify what matters most to you and define concrete goals. Throughout the process, I'll challenge you to stay focused, celebrate your progress, and adjust strategies as needed so you leave therapy with real results and lasting change.

Our first session

In our first session, I'll ask thoughtful but direct questions to get to the root of what brings you to therapy. We'll explore your goals, discuss the changes you're hoping to see, and outline a plan for how we'll get there together. By the end of the session, you'll leave with a clearer sense of direction and what to expect from our work together.
