I work with adults coping with parenting, anxiety, depression, loss, low self-esteem, work struggles, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My specialties include aging, autism/Asperger's, developmental disorders, grief, intellectual disability, learning disabilities, women's issues, and pregnancy/postpartum care.
My approach
Through an eclectic approach, I discern what modalities of therapy, including EMDR, CBT, ACT, and others, are most helpful in working with each individual client. I try to provide a safe and supportive space in which clients feel comfortable exploring their struggles and challenges.
