I’m Irma Da Silva, PhD, and a licensed therapist, whose journey in psychology has been shaped by a deep commitment to social, emotional, and psychological empowerment. I completed my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University, and later earned my PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy at Alliant International University.
