Hi there, I'm Kathia!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who have dealt with depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic violence, relationship issues, intimacy issues, infidelity, communication issues, substance use, anger, emotional dysregulation, and suicide ideation.

My focus

I work with adolescents and young adults navigating through life transitions, trauma, relationships, school, career search, and self-esteem challenges. I also work with clients who have dealt with a tough upbringing and abuse in their family. We will work together in coming up with facing these challenges and overcome them.

My approach

I have a non-judgmental environment where teens, adults, and the elderly feel supported, heard, and validated. You will notice that you will start feeling better after a few sessions, where you will feel stronger, hopeful, and resilient, and be able to move forward with your life.
