I work with transitional-age youth, adults, older adults, and families. I have experience with family and relationship issues, addiction and substance use, identity exploration, and behavioral and emotional challenges.

My approach to providing therapy is to meet you with an open mind, exactly where you are, with empathy, understanding, and unconditional positive regard. Together, we will work collaboratively to identify your goals for therapy.

Communication is key to any relationship, including the therapeutic relationship. You will have a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment in our sessions together to build trust and a safe space to do the "work.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey in becoming a therapist was to identify (in college and relationships) what brings me joy. With the knowledge that I would be spending most of my life working in a career, I wanted one that was more than just about collecting a paycheck.
