I listen with curiosity and empathy while gently encouraging growth, balancing meaningful conversation with practical tools to help you build insight, confidence, and resilience.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path as a provider has been shaped by my experiences in community mental health, hospital social work, private practice, and my current work in a therapeutic community garden. Each setting has strengthened my passion for helping individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered as they navigate challenges, healing, and personal growth.

My goals for you

Throughout our work together, I will provide a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted. I will meet you where you are while gently guiding and challenging you to reach your goals. Together, we’ll build self-awareness, develop coping skills, and move toward hope, healing, and a more meaningful life.

Our first session

Beginning therapy is a courageous step, and I want you to feel welcomed and supported from the start. In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, review your goals, and explore how we can work together. You’ll also have space to ask questions and learn about my approach.
