I became a therapist because I know the importance of feeling like someone is in your corner. What drives me is seeing those I work with succeed and thrive in their environments and amongst the people who matter most.

Goal setting is very uniquely tailored to each individual I work with, and I ensure that goals are specific to the needs and desires of the individual.

Our first session

During the first session, I like to ask a lot of questions and get to know the individual and explore what the challenges are from the perspective of the individual, as well as what others are reporting seeing in the individual.
