My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began in childhood, when I provided care to others who were struggling, and I have always been a great listener. My journey has been consistent in helping others for the past 21 years. I am grateful to have worked with diverse populations, which has taught me how to progress into a more confident therapist.
