My journey to mental healthcare

My decision to become a psychotherapist began after a very bad college relationship. It was then that I knew exactly what I wanted to do, and I feel fortunate to have a career that I love, which brings me fulfillment. There's nothing better than seeing clients reach their goals and feel so much better emotionally and mentally.

We will work together to set manageable and realistic goals so that you and your partner can see the progress that you are making. During the process, we will continue to reevaluate goals.

My first goal is to make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and heard. I'll explain the therapeutic process to you. We will do an initial intake so that I can get some background information and ask some questions to better understand your needs as a couple. My job is to make you feel safe, supported, and heard from the start.
