Hi there, I'm Shana!

I treat adults with most psychiatric illnesses. I really enjoy helping patients become the best versions of themselves. I work towards finding solutions for symptoms that get in the way of living a joyful life.

My focus

I treat adults with depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorders, and psychotic disorders. I have a special interest in women's mental health across the lifespan, including issues with infertility.

My approach

One of my biggest strengths is that I really listen very closely to you. It is extremely important for patients to feel seen and heard. The more closely I listen, the better I can focus on what is important to you and what symptoms I should target.
