Congratulations on taking the first step towards reaching out and starting therapy. Are you feeling anxious or depressed? My focus
My clients are successful in some areas of their lives, and tired of struggling in other areas. I empower my clients to make their own decisions, in therapy and in life. It isn't unusual for people to fall into ruts in life and not know how to climb out. Asking for help is both an act of courage and common sense.
My approach
I work with trauma survivors, people in high conflict relationships, substance misusers, and those needing change but not knowing how to start. In addition to talk therapy, I offer EMDR for PTSD and trauma, support for 12-step recovery, art therapy and sandtray. There is no one-size-fits-all therapy.
